Premiere Events is a family-owned, family-run business and we cherish our relationships with numerous not-for-profit and charitable organizations throughout the areas we serve, whose values we share, and whose missions we support.

We are committed to supporting our community heroes, and we are happy to offer a 10% discount to all Non-Profit Organizations, Churches, Schools, Teachers K-12, Active-Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders, as a way of saying thank you. If you or your organization qualifies for a discount, please do not hesitate to let us know! You do not need to complete this form in order to receive this rental discount. *Please note that this discount cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.

Premiere receives numerous requests throughout the year to donate rental products and services to a wide range of causes and events, and we regularly partner with local organizations to make their events possible. Unfortunately, however, we’re not able to grant every donation or discount request and have established the following guidelines to assist customers seeking our support:

  • All requests must be made a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the event date
  • Organizations requesting support should operate within our service areas and be registered with 501(3)c tax-exempt status
  • Requests should be limited to one per calendar year per organization
  • Donations are awarded based on the level of need demonstrated; some services (delivery, labor) are not subject to discount.

While we are always honored to support our clients and industry friends, our ability to offer donated products and services is limited. Premiere will donate, with 60 days advance written notice, support for up to One Styled Shoot per year. The level of support depends on the customer’s loyalty status with Premiere. All Styled Shoot donations are limited to Premiere Events’ products that are in stock and available for the requested day.

Styled Shoot rental items will ONLY be delivered Monday – Friday during standard work hours. Delivery is unavailable, except under special circumstances and with pre-approval, in April, May, and October. Standard delivery fees will apply, and after-hours support and additional fees for work outside of the standard workday must be paid by the requesting client. Setup support may be provided but labor fees will also be applied. Tabletop Styled Shoot requests totaling less than $500 can be picked up at one of our Premiere Showrooms. Any exceptions to the policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
