Premiere’s Response to COVID-19
The Premiere Events team and our Event Holders and Customers have persevered through this crisis. We’ve taken extra safety and precaution measures to mitigate our risk to our team and to your event guests. As we begin to recover and get back to normal we ask for your patience with any extra response time needed, and look forward to serving you.
The majority of our team members have been fully vaccinated, but if you would like for us to wear a mask and/or social distance during your interactions, we are more than happy to accommodate! We are no longer requiring masks for vaccinated showroom guests, but you are welcome to wear one. Please let us know if that would make you more comfortable.

Program created by the American Rental Association to ensure that we are up to date on COVID-19 and creating a safe and sanitary environment for our team, customers, and inventory. Premiere’s South and North Showrooms are open for in-person visits, by appointment only, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and with special arrangements subject to availability, from 10am to 2pm on Saturday.

Customer Pickups and Returns
Premiere’s South and North Warehouses are open for customer pickups and returns, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, as usual. If you would prefer contactless service, we are happy to accommodate so please let us know!
Customers must call the Showroom 512-292-3900 (South), or 512-870-8552 (North) and speak to an Event Consultant in advance of any Premiere visit, including deliveries to Premiere. The Event Consultant will provide the guests paperwork to the warehouse and inform them of your arrival, so your rental order can be placed at the designated pick-up point.

Pipe and Drape can be configured to block off certain areas or create separate booths and private rooms
Pipe and Drape is available in sections as small as 6ft wide and 8ft tall, up to 10ft wide and 16ft tall, and can be connected to create as long of a section as you need!
