Premiere’s Response to COVID-19
As we navigate the coming days and weeks, Premiere Event Holders and Customers are making difficult decisions and facing extraordinary challenges. As a company and a team, Premiere is dealing with these same uncertainties and concerns over the future.

Limited Operations and Closures:
Effective Wednesday, March 25th 2020, due to the City of Austin COVID-19 Stay Home – Work Safe order, Premiere Events has closed all showrooms and warehouses.
We have Event Consultants working remotely from home who are available to create and revise new quotes and existing orders. We are delighted to answer your questions, conduct virtual “Zoom” consultations and assist with your Summer, Fall and 2021 rental needs during this time.
Our main phone lines will not be answered at this time but please email us at email@example.com to start a new quote or request a call back from our team!
Additionally, our Fire Phone for after hours emergencies will not be answered at this time.
Customer Pickups and Returns:
At this time we are not open for customer pickups or returns.
