Premiere’s Response to COVID-19

As we navigate the coming days and weeks, Premiere Event Holders and Customers are making difficult decisions and facing extraordinary challenges. As a company and a team, Premiere is dealing with these same uncertainties and concerns over the future.

Our Premiere Team has completed the Clean. Safe. Essential. Program created by the American Rental Association to ensure that we are up to date on COVID-19 and creating a safe and sanitary environment for our team, customers, and inventory. Starting Monday, May 11th, Premiere’s South and North Showrooms will be open for in-person visits, by appointment only, from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and with special arrangements subject to availability, from 10am to 2pm on Saturday.

Limited Operations and Re-Openings

Effective Wednesday, March 25th 2020, due to the City of Austin COVID-19 Stay Home – Work Safe order, Premiere Events closed all showrooms and warehouses.

As of Monday, May 11th, Premiere’s South and North Showrooms are open for in-person visits, by appointment only, from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and with special arrangements subject to availability, from 10am to 2pm on Saturday.

Health and safety limitations governing your showroom visit can be found in our COVID-19 Risk Mitigation & Response Plan below.

Zoom consultations will continue to be offered until we can serve you in person without restrictions.

Additionally, our Fire Phone for after hours emergencies will not be answered at this time.

Customer Pickups and Returns

As of Monday, May 11th, Premiere’s South and North Warehouses are open for contactless customer pickups and returns, from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Customers must call the Showroom 512-292-3900 (South), or 512-870-8552 (North) and speak to an Event Consultant in advance of any Premiere visit, including deliveries to Premiere. The Event Consultant will provide the guests paperwork to the warehouse and inform them of your arrival, so your rental order can be placed at the designated pick-up point.

During this time, to minimize person-to-person contact, all customers must load their own rental items. Premiere will not provide assistance.

Upon arrival (and after calling the showroom), please pull up to the warehouse, lower your vehicle window, and wait for instructions. Please wait inside the vehicle until a Premiere Team Member provides guidance.

Pipe and Drape can be configured to block off certain areas or create separate booths and private rooms

Pipe and Drape is available in sections as small as 6ft wide and 8ft tall, up to 10ft wide and 16ft tall, and can be connected to create as long of a section as you need!
