Delivery / Customer Service Team Leader

Position Duties:

  • Ensure all rental-ready items on every customer order are located and properly loaded onto a Premiere company vehicle
  • Unload all required Premiere rental items at the designated customer location; Note and report any missing or damaged items  
  • Ensure that any set up instructions or special-order notes are followed
  • Ensure all rented items are retrieved following customer events
  • Ensure all retrieved items are inspected for event-related damage (& capture damaged item photo(s)
  • Ensure proper loading and safe return of all retrieved items; Any damaged items must be set aside (and called to warehouse manager’s attention) and all undamaged items must be properly stored
  • Lead a team that provides friendly, professional customer delivery and related service to Premiere customers’ homes and businesses
  • Complete other assigned tasks as required

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (completed or in progress) preferred
  • Able to lift/move approximately 50 – 70 pounds
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions
  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances
  • Consistently Demonstrate Team-player mentality
  • Tolerant and accepting of all people
