This page provides the most common forms you’ll need to do business with Premiere. A Premiere Event Rental Professional will advise you of pre-rental forms and signature requirements. And while we’d love to assist you in person, we know your time is valuable and that your live is busy. For that reason, we’re fully digital, so you’ll be able to complete your rental order and make payment for your rental items without ever visiting a Premiere location.
