They actually advised us that our wedding had similar tables to the ones we considered renting through them – which I thought was amazing for them to let us know. I love Premiere Events! I used them to rent some pipe and drape for a proposal backdrop. Deseree Hierholzer at the south location assisted me and she spent a lot of time helping me look at many different ideas for a backdrop. She was so patient as we looked at various linen colors, designs, and delivery options. She even helped me visualize it with a rendering. Their team showed up the night before on time and helped setup all of the pipe and drape. The next day, they picked it up and were very efficient and professional. I even received courtesy emails before the delivery letting me know that Miguel would be delivering the items. Such a great company to work with… response times are quick, I made quite a few changes throughout the process, and my requests were always matched with a sweet note back and an updated invoice. The rentals arrived and were picked up on time, and the selection was great, especially farm tables and furniture. We then returned home to a handwritten thank you card with a gift card to Pier 1 – an unexpected surprise and such a nice touch. The price was right and the easy flexibility is much needed, even if you don’t anticipate it, and the great customer service was nothing short of impressive.

Premiere is great!! They have a great selection for tables, chairs, and linens. I compared many prices for large farm tables, and found them to be some of the most affordable for the look and quality. What got me is how quick their team responds to emails!! Shout out to Amanda!! She responded to every email soo quickly! When you’re spending a lot of money and need to make quick final decisions, responsiveness is super important. Our venue is difficult to find even with a map and their delivery and pickup crew was right on time. Premiere Events is really professional and on top of their game, you’ll feel a lot less stressed with them handling your rentals!
