Our Community Involvement
Premiere Events is a well-respected and contributing member of the local community and Special Events industry. We have even been voted by our peers as Best Rentals in 2022 and 2023 by the Austin Chapter of the International Live Events Association!
Our involvement extends to community signature events (like SXSW, Live Fire, Wine and Swine and the Houston Rodeo Cookoff); to events that support the arts (like the Paramount Gala, and the BCS Symphony); to organizations, like Chambers of Commerce, that support business in our cities. We support the Austin and Houston Chapters of ILEA (International Live Events Association); NACE (National Association for Catering & Events) Austin, NACE Houston and NACE BCS, as well as the Texas Rental Association, and American Rental Association. We are also incredibly honored to be a partner for fundraisers for our local not-for-profit organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities, Voices for Children, Austin Pets Alive, and many more.
We support our local communities and we are happy to offer a 10% discount to all Non-Profit Organizations, Churches, Schools, Public School Teachers K-12, Active-Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders, as a way of saying thank you. If you or your organization qualifies for this discount, please do not hesitate to let us know! You do not need to complete this form in order to receive the automatic 10% rental rate adjustment. *Please note that this discount cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.
