Premiere Events offers a variety of event-related services. This page summarizes the most commonly requested services, and is not intended as a comprehensive listing of all that we do in support of our customers’ event needs and party wishes. When you have a party or event question, we’re your one-stop event and party resource. Please contact a Premiere Events Consultant for other ideas and party planning information.
Below are some important forms that need to be filled out and returned for rental. Please download and fax the completed forms to one of the following locations: North Store (512) 284-9743 or South Store: (512) 292-4066.
We Deliver to all of Austin and surrounding areas. For a general list of delivery areas, please download our “Delivery & Services Fees” list below.
Customer Pickup is available at either our North or South showrooms at no additional charge. Please note that if you are wanting to pickup from our North location, all orders must be finalized by 12:00 NOON on the Wednesday prior to the event.
Customers must also note that they are responsible for loading/unloading and securing merchandise for customer pickup.
