Premiere offers a variety of event-related services. This page summarizes the most commonly requested services, and is not intended as a comprehensive listing of all that we do in support of our customers’ event needs and party wishes. When you have a party or event question, we’re your one-stop event and party resource.  Please contact a Premiere Events Rental Consultant for other ideas and party planning information.

Delivery: We deliver to all of Austin and surrounding areas. For a general list of delivery areas, please download our “Delivery & Services Fees” list above.

Customer Pickup: Customer Pickup is available at either our South, North, or Dripping Springs showrooms at no additional charge. Please note that if you are wanting to pickup from our North or Dripping Springs location, all orders must be finalized by 12:00 NOON on the Wednesday prior to the event.

Customers must also note that they are responsible for loading/unloading and securing merchandise for customer pickup.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Check (up until 10 days prior to your pick up or delivery)
  • Credit Card (AMEX, Discover, Master Card, or VISA)
