Premiere’s 11810 Manchaca Showroom, and 11939 Manchaca Warehouse (along with rental items stored at the adjacent Crum-owned Budget Storage and Parking facility), is Premiere’ original location. For the past twenty-five years, ‘Man-chack’ has served as Premiere’s home base. The twice-remodeled, 6,000 square foot showroom houses hundreds of rental product samples and provides plenty of space for you, your guests, or clients / customers to get creative with all that Premiere has to offer.
Our laundry and table-top storage occupies an additional 6,000 square feet of Building 1, and the 18,000 square foot ‘back building’ houses Premiere’s laundry and custom linen operation. With nearby warehouse convenience (and customer pick up – drop off), a visit to the South showroom can include close-up view of staging, dance floor, custom bars and so much more. Pending construction permitting, a 40,000 square foot addition will enable Premiere to continue growing, adding exciting new inventory, and expanding to meet South Travis County, Hays County, the Texas Hill Country, and all-the-way-to San Antonio rental needs.
