2024 Premiere Events President’s Letter

New Year – New Beginnings – New Blessings. Every January offers a chance to begin anew. As we prepare to turn the page on 2023, and embrace 2024, we’re grateful for the opportunity to right what may have gone wrong in the previous year, to reflect on all that went well, and to celebrate the good work that was done over the past twelve months. It was a Very Good Year!
We’re pleased to share Premiere’s 2024 goals with you today, and to ask for your support in their achievement. Our efforts in the New Year are to refine, renew and redirect. We’ll continue refining processes, procedures and policies that impact you, our loyal customers. We’ll continue looking for ways to make your rental lives simpler. We’ll renew our efforts to provide you with service that’s second to none and with products that inspire and excite you, your teams, your clients, and your customers.
We’ll continue to make buying decisions based on your wants, needs and wishes. Finally, our energies will be redirected and our efforts more specifically channeled toward building strengthened relationships, and establishing closer ties, with each and all of you.
We’re proud of all that Premiere has accomplished, and looking forward to this, our 24th year. We find ourselves more optimistic, and less stressed, about the future. We’re more confident in our ever-expanding team. All Premiere Event Rental Consultants, along with key Delivery and Customer Service team members, either have completed, or are completing the Certified Event Professional designation offered by the American Rental Association. This year, we’re determined to do more and to do it even better. We’re so proud to be the best team in this market.
