What an enchanting evening it was at the 2023 Voices for Children Change a Child’s Story: Enchanted Evening! Voices for Children supports CASA’s who are Court Appointed Special Advocates. A CASA’s mission is to improve the lives of children in foster care through powerful volunteer advocacy until each child is placed in a safe and permanent home.

Although we will be back at the Hilton CS for our 2024 Galas, this was our final year at the Hilton before their big remodel. Check out our mood board, how do you think it came together? Our goal was to turn the room into a blue moonlit room with an ethereal touch. Bonus points that the room was beautiful “Premiere Blue”!

The backdrop for the stage is navy velour draping and our gold metal lattice screen was used to hold the Voices for Children neon sign.

The front tables were for the top sponsors, including our company, Premiere Events! We had greenery garlands with our gold candlesticks scattered down the table.

*TIP* For special events such as galas and weddings, we recommend using extra wide tables, known as conference tables, so there is room for your centerpieces! A standard table will not have room. These are great for head tables.

Our tablescapes for this sponsorship level were marine velvet paired with our peacock chargers. To mimic a forest, Premiere’s acrylic reef chairs were a focal point for this event. Every 60″ round sat 8 chairs. Our crush napkins have a two-tone iridescent shimmer to them. Tables alternated between a moss green and an olive green.

*TIP* If you are planning a gala, we do not recommend seating more than 8 people per 60″ round. This allows room for a centerpiece, flatware, chargers, and glassware. If you sit 10 people, there is minimal to no room for flatware and beverages.

Our moon planter was also a perfect touch for whimsical flowers to grow out of! Garden Party by Green Teams did an incredible job with the floral for this event.

Our tables along the circumference of the room had large tree-like centerpieces with blue battery-operated fairy lights we ordered from Amazon.
